Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging or a similar sturdy box to ensure safe transit.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and affix it to the outside of your package.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
